After a layover in Paris, Lauren and I landed in New Dehli. One week in India is definitely not enough time to really experience the country, I understand that, but I felt a week in the more touristy part would at least give me a feel for the country. If I enjoyed Dehli, Agra, and Jaipur I could always come back. In the end I feel like a week is plenty of time for these three cities, and so next time I will immediately travel north to some more rural regions, and visit the southern part as well.
My company gives us a week off for Christmas, which is great, and this is how I was able to go without taking any time off. Additionally, because of some creative flights, we got a 24 hour layover in Paris, and another in Doha. So, 3 countries, 8 days, and 0 time off work.
New Dehli (Spent 2.5 days here, which was enough)
Agra (Spent 1 day here, which was enough)
Jaipur (Spent 2 days here, 3+ would be ideal)
